In addition to my profession as a lawyer, I have been blessed to be involved in several other aspects of community life here in South Central Indiana; as a husband to my totally awesome, beautiful wife Sarah, and step-father to her two wonderful kids, Roman and Micah.
I recently became a deacon at St. David’s Episcopal Church in Nashville, Indiana. On the weekends, you can catch me hosting Soul Kitchen on WFIU-FM. My DJ’ing has earned me the nickname “Brother William”. Music has always been a passion of mine, and I like to make playlists with jazz, soul, Americana, and old school rock. Music and message can heal the soul!
I’m also a member of BTCC (Building a Thriving Compassionate Community), a group of Monroe County residents committed to Racial Justice who offer training in Implicit Bias.
I have earned degrees from Lehigh University, Howard University, University of North Carolina School of Law, and Indiana University.
